I would want to know more detail as to who classed this as enough for an Official Warning. One case of bad attitude when you have a great history of doing good for the server seems hardly fair and I would talk to you to make sure you understand to keep it professional before just whipping out an official. Also with this NDA stuff, someone needs to be able to back that up cus I hope they aren't just bullshitting on that one...
