In my opinion you're an okay candidate, but I don't see you talking to other staff on the server that much, I see you sometimes on TS but it's not that frequent

You also haven't done anything note worthy to make yourself shine above the rest IMO

Improve on the talking/interacting and then i'll be more in your favour
