talk to them about it and tell them to stop and if they continue, a mute will be warranted. Next if they continue I will enforce a mute on then like stated in the latter. If it continues I will enforce a kick. If he decides to continue disrespectful behavior, I will attempt to contact an admin

This makes me wanna help staff the server! I notice that at a time there isn't a lot of staff on so I would like to help that out also! I have experience in being mod in the ZARP SSRP servers.
