If someone is breaking the rules, then you should either help the TTT staff team by recording the rulebreaks and making a RA thread, but not only does that help them, it also helps yourself, it gives you a much better chance of getting accepted for the Moderator position. So either record it or contact a staff member, because 99% of the people who rulebreak back end up in a bigger mess than the guy who broke the rules first, and i'm telling you this out of experience.

Also, you should remain calm at all times, and not insult or discriminate. If you have a unusual habit of insulting others or anger issues, then you are, unfortunately, not fit for the position.
