Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that my time as a moderator has made me understand how I should act towards other players when handling issues and when roleplaying. Also I have handled quite a few F1s which I feel gives me a good understanding on how to resolve difficult problems that players may have on the server.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you have to work around (EG: defiant user)
As I moderator I sometimes go on servers late at night and see people Mass RDMing which means I would have to go to the tab menu and freeze them this would be a lot easier if I was admin as I would be able to pick them up and stop, then if they continued to do it I could jail them or ban them.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello [name],

Hello [name], After discussing your ban time with other staff members we have decided to lower you ban time as your current ban time was too long for the reason you were banned. You will be unbanned with the next 2 weeks as we feel that you are sincerely sorry for your actions. If you do this again you will be permantly banned from this server. Please take a look at the rules here zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/darkrp/36...s-updated-08-09-2018 when you are unbanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I feel I should be promoted because I have experience due to me being an admin in the past which shows that I have the dedication required to be an admin. Also throughout my time as a moderator I have developed a greater understanding have the attitude I should have on the server and the rules. Also when there are no admins on and someone LTAPs or Mass rule breaks I cant ban them as a mod so as an admin I would be able to stop them instantly and ban them from the server for the appropriate time. Another reason I feel I should be promoted is because I enjoy stopping rule breakers whos intent is to break rules and destroy other peoples experiences on the server.

I will now take you through the commands that you obtain when becoming a moderator.

Teleport commands:

/tp This will teleport you to the area you are looking at. You can also use this to teleport other users using Steam name or SteamID

/goto SteamID This will teleport you to the selected player

/bring SteamID This will teleport the selected player to you

/back or /back SteamID This will teleport you to your last location. You can also use this to teleport other players to their last location

/backspawn This will teleport you back to spawn.

Punishment commands

/warn SteamID This command is used to warn a player if they have broke the rules e.g RDA,RDM and break NLR.

/freeze Steam ID This command is used to freeze a player if they are in the middle of rule breaking or if they run from a sit.

/voicemute SteamID time This is used to stop a player from using their mic if they are mic spamming or being racist

/chatmute SteamID time This is used to stop a player from typing in chat if they are spamming or being racist

/slay SteamID This is used to kill the target if they are mass rule breaking e.g Mass RDMing

All of these commands are accessible from the tab menu

Menus

F1 menu:

If you press F1 you will have 4 sections.
Section 1: You will see all of the active F1s that people have made. You can also see the time they have waited and the staff member handling it.

Section 2: You can see the warnings that players have recieved. You can also see the reason and the staff member who punished them.

Section 3: Here you can see who has been killed, arrested, changed jobs, set a hit, joined and left. This is useful when handling F1s if you need to see who has killed the player.

Section 4: This is used to see the active NLRs at the current moment. It will also show you the player name and the district.

F6 Menu:

This menu is used to see a certain players active warnings and the reason they were warned.[/spoiler]
