Randomly killing someone without a RP reason> That guy (Gun Dealer) randomly comes up and shoots a random in the face

I'll listen to both of their stories, player x is saying the truth when I look at the logs and I verb warn y if he doesn't have any recents about RDM if he does then

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I am going to look at the logs, hear both of their stories If player y broke NLR numerous times I am going to warn him for NLR.
Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I haven't seen staff do anything, when I am at just going around I see a lot of rulebreakers then I am attempted to deal with that and actually do F1s and I have an experience actually being a staff member on the server. I've proved 3 admins wrong with rules.
