After discussing your appeal with Honest and Clarky, I have determined this to be scamming.

A stake was given alongside the agreed rules - contextually speaking JMT agreed to a coinflip with a 70m stake. If anything, using the excuse of "the agreed winnings weren't in the same message so I don't have to pay" could be considered loopholing.

As it stands I'm prepared to deny this appeal unless you are able to pay JMT what you owe?
