I have looked over your appeal and the evidence you have provided, and it is clear to see that you broke a rule.
A verbal warning for this may have sufficed if you had no recents, however you had a lot of recents before this, 4 before this. The punishment for arguing is also valid, as the rules clearly state that staff word is final, and you should report them rather than arguing if you disagree with their judgement.
