What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: Corruption

What Server(s) Was This On?: Dark RP Server 1

Evidence: Okay so a little context to this, in game I said in OOC who want's an ACS to see what would be said, this was whilst giving away my inventory, I then get a steam message from Markus saying if you give me the ACS I will vote yes for you in the SSRP Meeting, I've been told by a couple Head Admin's to make a report abuse about this as it is clearly not allowed as it states on the template for a demote request

We never expect our staff members to use their powers in a disadvantage or an abusive way.

Markus is clearly trying to use his power to gain an item of some worth / interest.

I would only like a Head Admin to handle this
