I think you should not blame the LT if you get denied, the problem usually lays with the applicant, you are indicating that if you get denied, the LT is corrupt, and if you are not saying that with this comment, then please elaborate what you do mean with this comment

Not sure where you saw that i blame the Lead Team, if you think it was the part where i said: "Something is seriously wrong" that wasn't even directed towards them, as 90% of the LT are actually people who i admire and highly respect. I was given instruction on what to improve, and attitude is something that hasn't even been a problem for quite some time now.
