We will get back to you ASAP and refund anything that is required, but please follow the template and the correct procedures, as this makes our lives a lot easier.
All of the bugs which have been reported as a result of the update have been fixed, and we will be clearing the database at some point this afternoon in order to allow you to create new listings, please just continue to be patient and everything will be fixed soon.
