I feel this must attempt arrest thing is silly if you are forced to arrest someone with any weapon it's quite stupid as mire than likely they will begin shooting you before you get close enough meaning usually you will lose the gunfight. I think it should be up to the players themselves whether or not they should arrest or shoot a player depending on the threat level of the situation
