Honestly, if you want to go for moderator, you'll have to be reformed.

Have a normal attitude, dont shittalk, dont make dramas, dont insult peoples and dont say random bs in ooc.
Make reports much as possible, be respectfull towards the staff team.
And a bit of efforts.
