Hi sinzz,
You have not yet linked your SteamID which means your upgrades will not work in game.

To do this, go to the ZARP VIP page at the top
Then click on the green "Sign in with Steam" button
Follow the instructions on the next page to link your steam profile

After your done press "Refresh Purchases" in game and your ZARP VIP will activate automatically.
