Alright, here is something super constructive, and probably the longest reply i ever wrote down:
Rick is, without any doubt, perfectly qualified for this position. Not only is he a good staff member, but also a good friend. He has never had any Report Abuses/Talking To Requests made against him and that pretty much shows that no Users had any inconveniences nor problems with Rick, as far as i'm aware, nor with any staff members. Yes, he was a bit "inactive" but it is justified by the fact that he was doing something ZARP related with other LT's and Higher-Up's and the said staff members are aware of this, although i have agreed to abide by certain restrictions and can not mention what is being worked on. He is always available on both Steam and TeamSpeak and can easily be reached whenever anyone needs help regarding anything, such as rules, second opinions, certain difficult situations, etc.
Rick is definitely the most analytical, objective and precise LT i have probably ever seen. And this is actually a good one but regardless if you are a accomplice or friend of his, he will criticize you if he sees it necessary, and this is something most LT's are unable to do. He has indeed been managing the SSRP staff team without any problems and is a great leader who has all the required factors o becoming a Head Administrator. He has by now, tried his best with encouraging other staff members to do F1's and i think he has been doing his job well so far regarding this.
Even though most of his work is being unable to be seen by Users an even other Staff members, myself, for once, have seen what he has been doing all along and am impressed with his dedication, trust and experience. As i said, his only problem might be his activity, but it is validly justified, and also his Forum activity, but he has realized that and has been fixing it for some time now. I have no actual negative points to make, i can only wish you the best of luck Rick, and i will do so, so best of luck my friend!
With appreciation,
Richard Wright
