it could be made so that it only worked with police jobs maybe, so there was still a 30 second timer and it was down to a vote. Or like I also mentioned it could be made so it doesn't holster your weapons, but just doesn't reset the hotbar meaning they don't get ripped.

Still has the ability to be abused the same way just needs good timing to actually gain an advantage

also i feel like someone would find a way to dupe items by doing that
