If technical difficulties are now grounds for a demotion I don't know what to say, you all already knew Fives circumstances with activity when he was an admin and I have to say fives is a great guy from what I remember and whether or not he was warned in the past I am sure that would have expired now. All I have to say is that if someone from my group I would let them take the leave as I already do with one of them due to special circumstances ( I run a regiment on one of the largest SWRP severs now )
