Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
as a moderator i have been able to use my current skills to help myself with punishments and situations, trying to be as helpfll as i can!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Giving a mute out to mic spammer after consistant mic spam and denial of the situation

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello Moderator, Im going to tell you about being the rank you have just received.
You responsible for enforcing the rules of the server also text and voice chat, if somebody is breaking a rule you will have to ensure that you follow act Ethos and make sure you act on the matter
As a Moderator you'll have to make sure that you act like a staff member and aren't rude to other users as this could easily be considered as disrespect and would look bad for the team.
Withing the tab menu you will find after clicking on a users name, you will find.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Check how long the current ban is and reply dependant on that.

Hi there Player x,
After looking through your appeal i have decided to accept your ban request, you seem very apologetic and believe you can stop hacking i will be reducing you ban to a 1 week ban,
Thank you for taking your time to make an unban appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be accepted as i am a friendly active player and have administrator experience as i was a SSRP Super Administrator and Murder Head Admin, i have been a Moderator before but feel like Administrator rank will improve my work rate as prior.
