Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

My time as a moderator hasn't been long as i have only staffed for 2 weeks now but i believe i have gained enough experience from many different situations that i have dealt with. There has been quite a lot of situations that i have needed a admin+ to ban or jail. With this promotion this could be dealt with in a quicker and more professional way as administrators have the ability to phygun users to sits and also remove props. This would help with me being able to handle more sits and create a happier atmosphere for the users

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:

As i have been staff 2 weeks i have encountered quite a few obstacles but i haven't really had a struggle handling these. With the example given (defiant user) this would be easily dealt with as i would ask for evidence from both sides of the incident to prove one of them wrong. If not i can't really just take someones word for it but i can give a verbal and inform him/her of the rules and explain that its not allowed. I would then follow to spectate the player for the next 5mins to make sure they aren't just lying in sits and doing it again.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

If i was to train a moderator i would firstly go over in game commands(when you use, how to use and why)

eg: The tp commands(/tp /back /backspawn /bring /goto) used to move players for sits or if they were stuck
/freeze . used if you were to bring a user to sit that might try to rdm or run away
Mute globally and mute chat. Stops spam or someone advertising or being disrespectful (discrimination)
Finally /kick . Removes player from game. they can join back though. But gives a warning for a minor rule break that might need that player quickly removed. (eg their username)

Then i would go through warn system with how to warn and how to check peoples warns with /warn [Player] [Reason] command and /unwarn [Player] if it was false. Next i'd go through rapsheet (f6) and explain that in the date if its red its recent (2 weeks) and that this may make the staff member want to change the punishment given if a player may have loads of recents for lets say Breaking NLR the staff member may want to consider a punishment rather than a verbal.(i would also explain to always check rapsheet on players before punishing)
After that I would walk through staff ethos with attitude and how to correctly handle in game situations.
Finally i would explain what meetings are (able to vote on future mods and vote/bring up suggestions) And then ask for any questions.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would firstly reply to the appeal stating that i will be handling. I would then contact the admin that given the ban to make sure that the user isn't lying on the appeal and to get a better understanding of the situation from both sides. I would then discuss the act of unbanning this player as i don't believe that they should be banned for a quick prop spam with no recent punishments ever given. If the other admin didn't agree i would always listen to him/her to come with an outcome that we would both agree on. The result could either be accepted with a reduced ban or maybe unbanned with a warning instead or unbanned with just a verbal.

Attitude

My attitude in-game is always positive and friendly to all and always try to create conversation in both voice and text chat. I believe i have a good,friendly and healthy relationship many of the other staff members i have regularly speak to many of them daily.

Activity
As i have only been playing ssrp for about 1month i have a solid 3 weeks of daily activity with the odd day (here and there) My f1 count isn't the highest though as i only get around 30-40 a week. My meeting activity will unfortunately won't be the best as i can't attend every meeting but i can attend 1 a fortnight. as of now i have attended 1 out of 1 but this weeks meeting i will not be attending.

Experience

As I'm currently staff on 4 servers with 3 HA positions i believe i have very good experience for this role and i would know how to handle appeals and talk to staff well about anything going on ingame and deal with things as a team.

Dedication

As i'm currently staff on bhop,surf,deathrun, prophunt and forum section staff i believe that this shows that i'm dedication to zarp but also as i'm active on forums i have dealt with quite a few appeals and punishment requests on other servers. wit this promotion i would able to handle ssrp appeals and punishment requests aswell. I'm always reviewing appeals/punishment requests even when i'm not handling as it gains me experience of different scenarios and how to correctly deal with them efficiently.

Teamspeak

My teamspeak activity is extremely good and im always online on ts and i'm almost 100% contactable by there if any problems arise.

Forums

My Forum activity is very good and could always notice when a request or appeal is submitted for i can help or deal with as soon as possible. I'm also trusted as i have a forum section moderator rank.
