When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

There are many examples but it can be simplified to mass rule breaking, an example is when a player gets muted and warned about 3 times for disrespect, only to continue his acts after the mute period has expired ( depends on how bad it was ) and or when a player leaves and rejoins to continue his acts ( ltap ) , same goes to chat spamming , a ban command is also appropriately used when it is used to ban a player who has too many recents and his obvious intention is to break the rules and nothing else,now if a person has never been banned for such acts i would ban for around 1-2 days in hopes of the person quitting the rule breaking, if not i would extend to a week

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

i've come across many rule breakers and i did make a mistake or two but since then i think all of my acts were in place , i have been in a situation where a group of rule breakers joined and acted a fight, said racist words and disrespected other players, i have verbally warned, muted and warned them but no use the rule breakers went on, i was about to call an admin in only to find that a super admin had joined and banned them, the promotion could help me get this actions stopped faster

Why I should be promoted:

my activity and play time is better than some staff on the server, i can say i know all of the rules pretty well and can take the right action, i would always look at the previous warns of a person before taking an action and not rush, another reason is that i really love this server and it's staff and would love to help make it stay the best, i will work on my appearance on teamspeak right after i fix my technical problems but i have been on discord
