After consulting Tamaninja on your punishment, I must regretfully inform you I will be denying this appeal.

Tamaninja informed me that a district base had been set up, of which the player you arrested was within at the time of arrest. Since a raid had expired for that district base, an additional raid should not be carried out in accordance with in-game rule 5.1:

Due to this, re-entering the base within that time would be considered raiding thus breaking the raid timer rule. Your punishment will remain on your rapsheet.
