Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

If I was to see someone text/mic spamming I would first give them a verbal warning, a chance to stop, if they were to continue I would most likely temp gag/mute them for around 3-5 minuets depending on the severity.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

If I was to see someone exploiting I would initially slay them, if they were to continue to do it the next round I would again slay them and perhaps warn them.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting is when a dead/spectating player tells someone participating in the game, information that they otherwise wouldn't have, for example if someone was to tell a hunter where a prop was hiding.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

There are many reasons that I think I should be accepted here are a few:

Maturity:

Over all my different staff roles spanning over many different games and game modes, I have developed into what I consider a hard-working, dedicated staff member should be, and this is rooted with both Confidence and Maturity. These two characteristics allow me to act calm and collected in both stressful and high intensity situations, which I consider a very important characteristic that a staff member must possess. As well as staying calm this also allows me to carry out my job as a staff member to the best of my ability giving my all to ensure that each and every player/staff member in the community are having the best possible time while they are with us here at Zarp Gaming.

In-game attitude:

While in-game I consider my attitude to be extremely friendly, and welcoming to new players of the server/community, I consider this a very important characteristic especially in the position of moderator due to the fact that as there is a lot of communication necessary during events such as meetings and just general discussions, which is why I consider it a very important part of being a staff member and why I always to to convey myself in the most friendly way in-game.

Past Experience:

I have previously held many mod/admin or equivalent ranks on garry's mod servers, so I can say that to some extent I have had quite a lot of experience with dealing with issues / duties that generally staff have to deal with for example : dealing with issues in game, on the forums, and generally any other complaints from within the community. Having this past experience with these duties ensures me that the learning curve wouldn't be as steep as for example someone that has never been in a position of that responsibility. This experience will also ensure that the transition for me from a user will not be at all difficult for both me or the staff team.
