How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:



During my time as admin I have encountered a lot of eventful things that have helped me improve my skills as a staff such as: rule breakers, issues and helping people out generally on the server and events where I would need to work around a situation and personally I think I have enough experience.I think it’s time I went to the next stage of this path and become a lead team member ;).



What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:



I believe I am a good candidate as I like to help out a lot and I personally think I handle situations pretty well I can work with others fine but also alone with self-confidence. I show good attitude to other members of staff and enjoy my time while I’m online with others .I’ve gotten to know a lot of other players while my time as admin and other staff too and trying to expand that across to other servers like Bhop which I go on often. When new players come on the server I try to help them out and get them to understand the server to the best of my ability.



Activity:



When I first joined the server back in 2015 I loved it I played it hours on end then recently I came back to Garry’s mod I’m still in love I play almost every single day with my friends and other players. I check forums regularly to give feedback to players who want to get staff on this wonderful server. I’ve almost gone to most meetings since the start of my staff journey to judge if I think a person should get promoted or get staff on my behalf.



Attitude:



I think I have a fun and friendly attitude to all players that come on to play, I talk to other members of staff almost every day and have conversations with in game players I sometimes give advice to people who want it and they are always really grateful of what I say. Example on forums if someone is trying to apply for staff I will help them in any way they want.



Dedication:



I have been staff for 2 months and 2 weeks. I have dealt with many situations and players sometimes stressful but I always worked my way around it and always found a solution to something it’s my favourite server to play and would always give my 100% to anything about it.



Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:



I haven’t really had a situation where I would have to call a lead team member the most I have handled are Racism, Ghosting, Exploits, Disrespect and Spam But if there were to be for example a person hacking I think it would be easier for me to use an anti-cheat than calling a Lead team member to come on and use one.



Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:



I would firstly read through the entire report then ask questions to the member that had created it and also look at the proof they had made for this and that would be one valid reason for the report and I would show it in the lead team meeting to be judged on.



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?



First I would contact the member of staff that had banned the person for a x amount of time and ask for the reason. Then say if it was a rather harsh punishment or not after a discussion for a shorter amount of time if so, if the staff member is not agreeing to this change then I would ask a higher member of staff to see the situation



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?



First ask the member of staff the situation then watch how he deals with it if he is aggressive or harsh with what he is saying to the person if he is then I will take over and carry on will a calm tone then aid the staff member to resolve his issue. 



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?



Firstly I would talk to both staff members separately and ask questions on either side if the staff member that said they did break a rule I would ask for proof and send it into the lead team meeting if they have no proof whatsoever I would ask the other member of staff that was accused of doing this and tell both of them to stop if they continued I would also see if any higher ups would fix this.



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?



I would split them up and then talk to them separately on why they were arguing if it was something really serious and could cause a demotion for a member of staff I would put it in the lead team meeting and inform a HA of the time the incident took place



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?



I would separate the staff member from the server and ask him questions separately and why he has abused his powers if he had no reason whatsoever I would ask the users on the server to give me proof of this happening and apologise on his behalf for showing bad attitude and I would show the proof to a HA and the lead team meeting.
