Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random Death Match, mostly known as RDM is when a player kills another player without a valid RP reason.

Here is an example sceneario : Player X is walking around the streets, and then Player Y suddenly kills him, out of nowhere, Player X then makes an F1, and I do the F1, check the logs for kills, and ask them for their stories, etc.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule, mostly known as NLR is when a player is killed, and returns to his point of death before the NLR timer has passed (3min)

Here is an example sceneario : Player X is basing, and then Player Y raids him, and kills him, Player X then proceeds to break NLR, by returning to his base before Player Y reaches his printers, Player X then kills Player Y, and Player Y makes an F1, I check the logs and notice that the kills are in the same district, and the time between the kills are under 3min, I then proceed to warn Player X.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would do the following :
*Take Player X to a roof, and tell Player Y that I will need him for a sit
*Ask for both stories and proof of the situation
*If the proof is valid, and that Player X actually RDMd him, I would warn him if he had recents, if not I would verbally warn him

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would do the following :
*Take Player X to a roof, and tell Player Y that I will need him for a sit
*Ask for both of the stories to see if Player Y is lying
*Inform Player Y about the rule he has broken
*Warn him if he has recents, verbally warn him if not

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I believe I should be accepted onto the SSRP Staff team for the following reasons.
I am friendly and I dont break rules, I wont have any recents by the time of the meeting.
I always help out people who are in need of some support on the server, etc.
I am an EX-Admin on 3 Zarp servers, SSRP, Deathrun and Bhop, the only time I have been demoted, was on deathrun 8 months ago, other than that, I have only receieved 1 talking to on SSRP. I have never been given an official on any zarp server, only 1 demotion as I mentioned earlier.
I have been an Admin on SSRP 3 times, and have been told I did an excellent job each time. Never been demoted, never been given an official warning. I help players out daily, and keep a calm and positive attitude.

NOTE :

I do have 3 warning that will expire right after the meeting, one being 2 hours into the meeting, and 2 being 4 hours after the meeting. I am aware that this is a bad thing, but this happened 14 days ago and I regret it alot, already tried to appeal them, but that didn't happen.

So I'm just asking for a chance to help out on the servers as I've been seeing alot of rulebreaks lately, and nobody is doing anything about it.

Mostly making this for feedback, but if I do get accepted, ill do my very best with f1s, attend to every meeting, etc.

Recently, I have been making a fair bit of F1s, and I have kept a calm and positive attitude on ssrp and the forums.
