From what I've seen, you are a great guy. I'm not active so I can't judge how you handle situations and how many things you handle. I don't know what is your teamspeak activity, but I can see that you need to improve your presence on the forums. Try to handle as many things as you can, in game and outside of it (appeals, etc.) so you get more experience. Good luck!
