Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

I'd send them the link of a YouTube video I learned the basics of Surf from myself and I'd send them the link to the Surf information thread.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

I would ask them to stop doing it and give them some time to calm themselfs down.
If they don't do so I'd proceed to chatmute or voicemute them, but I'd also make sure to unvoicemute/unchatmute them again after a couple of minutes.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I'd tell them to stop doing it as it is not allowed to use exploits.
If they don't stop I'd kick them.

If it was in terms of cheating then I'd inform a SuperAdmin or higher.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I just like playing on the server and I like the gamemode but unfortunatly there are often times when no staff is on the server and people are micspamming a lot which is quite annoying.
I have lots of experience in staffing from other Garrys Mod communitys & of course from my position as a HeadAdmin on TTT and in addition to that a good amount of experience with overall Garrys Mod having accumulated almost 1.9k hours of playtime since 2014.

I'd like to help out the staff team & generaly the server and its players, thats basically it.

I'm Jonas, 17, from Germany.
I'm currently in an apprenticeship and hopefully becoming a technichan for industrial engineering in the future.

I should always be able to get the required playtime easily throughout the week.
