Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match or RDM is when someone kills or another person without rp reason.
Player X walking down the road, and gets killed by Player Y from top of the building.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR is when someone goes back to places and interact with people again before 3 minutes.
Player X got raided by Player Y, Player X got killed so he comes back in 45sec to kill his raider.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport both players on the roof and asked for their stories, after hearing them I would ask for proofs (video/screenshots). Then warned accused for RDM if he killed him for no reason.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check logs from the kills and if they got killed in same district in less then 3 minutes I would warn the accused.

Why I should be chosen:
I am a very old member of the ZARP Community (however most won't remember me as I had a different alias then and have no memory of it) I have been playing since 2013 and have seen the server change for those years all the way up to 2017. I would like to say that I am a pretty respected member of the community, however previously I have been a bit of a minge, I am no longer one though as I just found out it wasn't good for anything nor did it bring any more fun than it would playing the game how it's meant to be played. I have also been a Moderator before and I felt like I did a good job but my mental state was very bad then and I had to resign or I know it would just be pointless, however I feel much better about myself now and I think I am ready to take on a staff roll.

Qualities about myself: I am loyal, hardworking, dedicated and friendly towards fellow players. I can take on hard roles and can also teach other people how to. Not to mention that I am also very well educated and always keep up to date on the rules and the ethos so I will know when to punish users accordingly.

Just a disclaimer: My gametrackers are probably inaccurate as hell as I change my name on the server sometimes but many people can vouch for me that I am active. I also think my attitude has improved a lot, but that's your judgement not mine.
