The entire point of admin applications is to have the community involved in a democratic way of staff selection. After all, it is not the staff team they will be assisting but the players.

I have no experiences (nor bad nor good) with Clutch and I don't go by gossips. I do think your application lacks effort, is hard to read and shows no extra miles for the impressions. -support from me.
