What is Ghosting? and give an example: When a dead player provides his teammates with information on a trap; where to go, or how to do something etc. For example. He runs through a right door trap and dies, he then speaks or types "the left portal is safe". That is ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Give a verbal warning to stop what they are doing, do this a couple of times to give them a fair chance. If they carry on and it's clear they do not care for "warnings" then mute or gag them for 5 minutes or so and give them a formal warning via the ULX system. Once they are un-muted if they do decide to carry on then kick them from the server. If they re-join to try and be rude again and troll then possibly a ban for a certain amount of days. (That's if Mods can do this here, I am not sure). This would only be a last resort though if nothing else stops them. If Mods aren't able to ban then I would get in contact with an Admin.

Why I should be chosen:
I feel like I am one of the older people on the server, (21), and therefore more mature and relaxed in some ways. Not so “power hungry” I guess is the term. I see myself as an average player, but with moderator privileges, I would be able to keep the experience on the server fun and enjoyable for everyone while ridding it of trolls, hackers and abusive people. I have also been a moderator on another big server around 2 years ago, (Forsaken Bears), and have used all the commands before. So I understand how to give warnings, mute/gag etc.
