When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

If they have too many warns in a short time (5+) (3-4 days and after explaining each warning) and that continues I think the ban is okay. another reason we can use the command is when a person takes 3 warnings in 10 minutes for example: mass racism, mass disrespect. Another reason we can use the command for is if a person leaves to avoid punishment. (LTAP) (1 day ).

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

During my period of Moderator I met a lot of racist people and I therefore punish people by disactivating their microphone (gag) and I warn them. If the person persists this I would need to contact an administrator to deal with the problem. My promotion as an administrator would help me handle this kind of problem.

Why I should be promoted:

I think I should be promoted because I have very good activity on the server. I’m friendly on the server and I always try to do my best to help the players, During my 1 month as moderator I could solve multiple situations, I had to take care of the server a lot of time due to lack of administrators. As soon as players need help, I'm here to answer there questions. Sometimes people just join to break the rules that the server has made for us to follow. To finish I just want people to follow the rules.
