I apologize for the wait, it appears there is a lack of staff doing Forum work.

Anyways, i have took my time and went trough all the videos and also read what you have posted. It is clear what happened and i have decided to punish both Users for their rulebreaks.

As for PhiLips™, he is still in-game, AFK, and after he comes back i will make sure to talk to him and give him an appropriate punishment.
