Well hi there reader!
Although I introduced myself on my moderator application already, I felt like I should do it here again because a few months have passed since I was a moderator applicant.

My name is Jonas, 17 years old from Germany.
I’m currently working at one of Enercon’s facilities as a trainee as a technician for industrial engineering soo yea really cool stuff n’ all that. It’s difficult sometimes but fun.
I’m living with my dad, step-mom & my little brother. Currently I’m also working on my drivers license.

In the gaming world you’ll find me in (obviously) GMod, Arma 3, Total War: Warhammer, PUBG, the Payday, Hitman, CoD & Battlefield franchise, Rainbow Six Siege and multiple other indie games.
I have an XBOX-One with PvZ: Garden Warfare 1 & 2 tho I rarely use it but if somebody wants to play these games hmu.

But now onto what you came for here..

What I plan to do when getting Head Admin

For the moment I want to focus on the things that I deem most important as of right now:

I want to try to rebuild our staff team which has been shrinking a lot lately due to various reasons.
I plan to do this by actively sourcing out people on the server and try to push them to becoming staff like Johnler once did with me.
I think that the position of a HeadAdmin will allow me to do that.
One step of the team rebuild is also to clear out inactive staff members which might seem contradictory but is necessary in my opinion.

With this rebuild & bigger staff team we will also hopefully be ready to launch TTT S2 which I heard would come Soon™.

I would also like to be able to host meetings because at the moment I am unsatisfied of the way they are being held.

In addition to that I feel like TTT needs another HA to do things like removing false punishments for instance. Luki is doing a good job at this already in my opinion but I think he should get some more help with it.

Attitude

I see myself as an approachable, kind, honest, fair and calm person who always tries to do their best with getting along with everybody who is around at least. I surely do have my flaws on some points but I hope they’re not to bad..
When dealing with situations or talking to people in general I’m always taking a step back to try to view things from different perspectives, tho it can sometimes take me some time to do that successfully like some people already had to experience that first hand.

When I’m in-game I’m always trying to be as helpful as possible rather than to just sit back and let others do the work tho sometimes I find myself more in a delegating/managing role (but I guess that's part of what I’m supposed to do as SA amiright).

Dedication & Time

Since I joined Zarp and especially since I became a staff member I’ve been fully dedicated to the community and TTT with one exception which is that I play some Surf from time to time.

I’m getting on the server whenever I can, needed and/or feel like it.
On normal work days I don’t have much free time due to worktimes & the travel from and to work.
Normally I’m away from home for 10-11 hours per day (“-.-).
When I’m at school I got more time because I’m away from home for only 5-6 hours at max.

Please note that I haven't been very active the past week due to beeing exhausted from work & because I was sick over the weekend, tho I have still managed to get my time & attend the meetings.

Coding

I know the fundamental functions of Lua & GLua and presented some solutions for bugs on the TTT server in the past. As HeadAdmin this skill might not be as important but I thought you should be aware of it.

Experience

I have been staff for 4 months now, which might seem a bit to short for this position, but it has to be said that I brought some experience with me along the way.

I have been in the lead of a medic group on Altis Life in Arma 3 for over a year and was quite good at it.
I had many similar responsibilities when I was there.
I’ve also owned a TTT server myself for a couple of months.
In addition to that I have successfully been staffing on various servers already including GMod, Ts3, Minecraft and a Twitch channel.

In addition to that I have accumulated 1.850ish hours in total GMod playtime.

Forums

I’m checking the forums multiple times per day and will post something when I feel like it.

Meetings

I’m always attending all of the meetings and have yet to miss out on one since I became staff.
I give my opinions on the applicants and on suggestions/rule changes etc. tho I tend to talk more in the LT meetings than in the mod & admin meetings.

Discord & Teamspeak

While my Ts3 activity has been a bit lacking as of lately I’m very active on the TTT staff discord and always following the ongoing conversations.
If there is a request for staff I will hop on the server if I’m available or if there are questions about how to handle stuff etc I’m answering them.

Things I handled in my time as a staff member

I have handled a fair amount of appeals and demote requests which I handled with care and equality.
I have done a lot of reports & dealt with many situations in-game as well of course.
