where one person kills/hurts the other person for no reason

you cant go back to where you died or kill the person that killed you an example is one person dies then goes back to where he died then maby kills him

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

give him a warning and if it happens again get an admin
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. it is nlr and i need to give them a warning but if it is a serious scenario get a admin
