You won't be able to make a private server the same as ZARP unless you were to use the exact code that we use, which I am afraid isn't available to be downloaded or released to the public.

If you want to create a private server, just grab a gamemode from somewhere online, I would recommend the Mechanical Minds Prophunt gamemode, which is the one ZARP Prophunt is built from.
