I expressed a concern about your TeamSpeak a week back I believe. However, I can fully vouch that this is no longer an issue. You don't only speak with me either, you also engage in conversation with both community- and other staff or lead team members. Your meeting presence is a bit lacking, but as long as you show more presence in the following meeting, there won't be a problem for my part. You've helped lead team members in certain situations, and you have also helped the server by doing a lot of F1s consistently over all the weeks you have been staff. You have an immense dedication to the servers, and there's no doubt about that.

I can pretty much vouch for 90% of what is written on your application. You have a great attitude and I think everyone agrees on that point, I've never had an issue with your attitude, nor do I believe anyone else has. You're very trustworthy; first of all, you've never ever done anything to remotely make me distrust you. You haven't, during your current time as staff, broken anyone's trust as well, therefore I vouch that you are trustworthy too. You have great leadership, I've seen you on multiple occasions pushing other staff members to do more F1s and so on. You've been able to help anyone who asks for assistance, and you are overall a great leader.

You've actually asked me while I was handling a staff abuse situation if you could look over the situation in order to know how to properly handle a staff abuse situation if you were given a lead team position, which I believe goes to further show your dedication to ZARP and becoming a lead team member.
