Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match or formally known as RDM is when a player kills another player for no reason, this is not to be confused with ARDM when a player damages another player for no reason.

Player Y Walks up to Player X and says "gimme all ya beans" then proceeds to shot him for no reason. That is Rdm

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule is when a player is killed by another player or even himself and then interact with the person that killed them or the player that killed them within 3 minutes of there death, Interacting with that player means speaking, killing and or damaging the player that killed them.

Player Y is raiding Player X, Player X dies and comes back a minute later whilst Player Y is still raiding Player X then kills player Y. This is NLR
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would tp to both of them separately and ask if I could take them to a roof, then I would ask for both players stories I would then ask the accused if they did rdm player X and if they admitted it now they would get less of a punishment if player x provided valid proof, I would then ask if player X has any proof if they did and it shows player Y rdming them I would then warn player X for rdming and lying lying to staff and depending on there recents jail them also.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask both parties for there side of the story then would proceed to look in the logs to see if player Y actually did brake NLR and if he did I would explain to him he cannot interact with the player that killed him or the district he died in for 3 minutes after his death, I would then check Player Y's rapsheet to see if he had any recents for it, if not I would give him a verbal but if player Y did have recent(s) for NLR I would warn him again or call for a admin to hand out further punishment(s)

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words
I've recently came back to Zarp and for the 2 weeks I've been here i have seen mass rdm, mass rda, racism etc that has gone unpunished due to the fact there wasn't a staff member on or they were all away at that time. my aim is to change that and staff the server accordingly.

I've also been staff in the past and gain plenty of experience during that time i think that i would be a great addition to the staff team and one that has a real impact with my friendliness toward players, i would be easy to approach and task to.

I also know that i would be devoted to help the server as seen in my previous time being staff on this server for weel over a year.
