Tbh I don’t think you are ready yet, with your experience and time. Yes some may argue that you don’t always need a lot of time to gain more experience but for this case I’d say they are linked, although you are a great SA you still need time as a HA you’ll be thrown left and right trying to manage staff and getting questions I’d say you need maybe till end of this month but what I’d suggest doing is waiting till holidays so you are free all day and able to be much more active I would like to see you in this position but also at the same time gut feeling tells me you should wait till December to get that activity up.
