Where does it say that highest wins? Where does it say what they can roll up to? How many rolls does it go up to?

Those are all questions that were not clarified

we've been here before, me and raeker have handled a similar ban request regarding another guy I cant remember and we denied the ban request because both users agreed to the rules even if they weren't explicitly stated since it was coordinated with both parties

I mean it isn't actually clarified who won, as if it was lowest wins or last to 3 then Suken would have won. Then again his reaction was that he didnt agree to anything kind of admitting he lost, it's a tricky one here.

It isn't tricky. You need to learn how to read other messages than yours and the one you're replying with.
