Okay because my english knowledge suck i need to write a scenario:

T shoots with D, Innocent see gunfight and don't want to help. D kills Inno because he didn't help D. Inno reported D for : I wanted to help but
1)I didn't want to join the gunfight
2)If I wanted to help you, I could kill you by accident.
I hope you know what i mean....
