Hello Deimonios,
after reading through your report and the evidence you provided and talking to CeeZee and also reviewing his evidence of the situation, I have come to conclusion to deny your appeal.
The reason for that is that, given the context & the Detective didn't call out a KOS for it n' all, I found it to be debatable if you could/should KOS for going by this:

2.4 Baiting as a Traitor
When in-game you cannot commit traitorous acts as innocent/detective. For example, you cannot shoot nearby players to “scare” them, push people near or off ledges or do anything that possibly harms the innocent team.

With that beeing said tho it is also debatable to punish for RDM in this case as well so I'll have that warn removed for you.
I'm also sorry if you felt offended when he told you to stop crying but thats only a minor misbehavior and there is no reason to talk about an official warning nor demotion.
Please click on the imagine in my forum signature and add me on Steam so that I can get your SteamID to have your warn removed as you didn't provide your SteamID.

In the upcoming Lead Team meeting I will however ask for a rule change to clear out any further misunderstandings or confusments regarding such situations.
