Everyone keeps providing fresh new shit but it is a valid reason, in this case however, the DETECTIVE should have said that CeeZee should not be killed. In my own personal experiences, I would have got that detective to tell the server that CeeZee destroyed the HS from the detective's OWN permission.

Before people say "It's T-Baiting" or "It is still KOSable", think of a new staff, no idea about all KOSable reasons and warns somebody for doing that even though they were proven and a detective was ok with it being destroyed. It shows that the rules can confuse people. If the detective said, "Destroy the HS after you use it" then any point after that is RDM as the detective stated they wanted it gone.

I understand why a verbal should have been given to Deimonios but I have not seen ANY mention of that person's RAP Sheet holding any rules. Therefore, CeeZee 'could' have warned him because of the RAP Sheet however if there was no such punishment on the RS then a verbal should have been given. Whoever handles this may want to speak to Deimonios as well as CeeZee (just my own opinion.)

Deimonios, you may want to use the whole template which hopefully somebody provides for you otherwise this report is useless.

As for my final verdict, CeeZee should just get a talking to about it and have the LT bring it up to add it to the VALID KOSABLE REASONS as t-baiting isn't CLEARLY explained and the punishment from Deimonios be removed.

This is all i'm going to say on this report and hope that any more proof regarding this is shown @MegaMowery as witnesses don't really count without proof towards reports and no proof of CeeZee's attitude towards his ignorance is just slandering CeeZee.
