Well from reading all the comments and based on what happened it's clearly a mistake from part of CeeZee
destroying a Healthstation it's KoSable and he warned and slayed someone who didn't deserved, then he is still going full damage control trying to say he isn't at fault here, so why is the topic not closed?
While the rules are pretty clear about what happened it seems like an honest mistake on his part but being demoted out of one mistake it's pretty brutal, however he should just admit his own fault, take the blame and learn from his mistake.
