Hi there, we talked this out in game and it seems you decided to take it to forums even after calling me names such as "DIRTY LOSER" and saying I wasn't worth it
I linked you the rules to show you there is no valid KOS reason for doing so, and the detective gave me the health station and was standing right beside me as I used it and destroyed it
Here are the TTT valid KOS reasons
2.6 Valid KOS Reasons
There are many KOS reasons and they all work in different situations and scenarios, here are a few:
- Holding/Using a Traitor only weapon without announcing that he got it from a traitor.
- Ignoring unidentified bodies/C4 etc.
- Declaring invalid KOS on other players.
- Turning themselves in i.e. "I'm a traitor, in the traitor room" etc.
- Seeing a player inside of a Traitor only room.
- Failure to answer to a life check.
- Throwing a incendiary/discombobulator grenade near the player.
- Pushing someone with a crowbar near an edge or hazard.
- Attempting to obstruct the Golden block from reaching the tester.
- Attempting to obstruct diamond cubes from reaching the furnace.
2.3 Detective Warnings/KOS Reasons
As a detective you may issue a warning to players to not do/use something, but you must still use valid KOS reasons, and not make up your own false reasons. As with rule 2.2, you need to give at least two warnings in chat before you can KOS them. Some examples of valid detective KOS reasons are:
- Refusing to go into the traitor tester after being asked multiple times.
- Using a health station repeatedly without permission.
- Refusing to cease fire.
After linking you the rules you seemed very hesitant to go to the forums, said you wanted nothing further to do with me, I also never called you idiot, I said if you wanted to shoot me for it I will shoot you back for it and probably win in a cocky attitude, you decided to shoot me for a non valid KOS reason, I shot back, I lost
I asked you to stop going on about it, gave you my final response and if you continued to go on about it, I said it would be a short gag/mute to calm you down a bit
I don't like the fact you're exaggerating what happened
I can send the recordings of the situation to whoever I need to once I'm back from work tonight.
It’s traitor baiting. So therefore it’s a valid KOS
I killed a T, the detective was right beside me, I said "yo detective I just killed a T, can I have a health station?" then he gave me one, healed himself then I started healing
Others started using the health station to which nobody can prove if they're innocent or not yet (It was placed very openly) the detective watched me destroy the health station (spawned for me) and was ok with it
I'm not sure it could be any less t-baiting

Here’s not really any logic in that, you’ve destroyed a one time use item so nobody else can use it, which would damage the innocents’ chance of victory.
It would also benefit the traitors chance of winning, due to it being in the open, it's a double edged sword
If he put it in a private, more hidden space yeah sure it's dumb for me to delete it, but it was right outside the T room lol
I mean, there’s better ways to stop it from being outside the t room such as using your magneto stick, also, why would traitors take health from a health station then instantly go into the t room when it’s out in the open? I’m pretty sure it’s harming the detective and innocents chance of survival as there are more innocents than traitors and again, the detective can only place one down.
I never said the T's would go in the T room, I'm simply saying it was placed right in the open and anyone could use it, and considering it's beside a T location, they would have a higher chance of seeing it
There are more than 1 detective, at least in the round In my report, it's a double edged sword that the detective was fine with me doing, if the detective killed me for it there's nothing I could do, but he was fine with it
I'm done bickering and I believe I've told my half of the story, I'll show the videos and the messages received from the opposite side to the Super Admin or Head Admin that handles this case
I'm not against the warn being removed, I asked for him to come on TeamSpeak with me to see if we could get it clarified but was met with in layman's terms "fuck off I want nothing to do with you" so here we are.
As when warning him I had to check myself if it was valid KOS, to which the reporter here kept telling me to read the rules, so I did and it said nothing about it. So I warned him for it.
In my opinion it does not matter at all if the Detective did or did not shoot you, neither does the location of the health station, since we don't have rules that are only valid being in a certain situation or that only Detectives may follow a kos.
However since no where in the rules is stated if destroying the healthstation is a valid kos reasaon or not, I would love if the handling staff member as well as the LT could come to an agreement and add this to the rules.
