Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: First, I would give them a verbal warning in chat, then if they continue I'd gag/mute them for 3 minutes. If they persisted after the gag/mute has expired, I'd give them a warn and a further gag/mute, probably 10m. After this, if they continued still I would consider kicking them or just repeating warns and lengthening the mutes/gags until an admin+ can come on to deal with the situation and possibly ban them if the recent warning count exceeds the maximum.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would give them a verbal first, and teleport them if necessary, then if they repeated I'd slay and warn. Again, if they persisted after the warn, I would repeat the punishments and consider kicking them. I would also notify the rest of the server not to use this exploit and notify a LT member to see if they can fix it.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is the revealing of information as a dead or spectating to players still alive. For example, if a dead hider gave the hiding spots of living hiders away to the hunters, or vice versa with hunters giving their positions away to hiders. Ghosting will not always necessarily be correct information, since giving away the 'top hiding spots' on a map can be interpreted as ghosting, even if a hider isn't there since there is a possibility there is and there could be hiders there in the following rounds.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have experience as staff on other servers (deathrun, bhop and surf) and have recently been having fun on Prophunt. There have been many instances where players have broken rules and I had nothing I could do, since usually the rulebreaker stopped after a staff member joined. I have quite a bit of time on other prop hunt servers, from up to 3 years ago so the rules are ingrained into my mind. I feel I would be a somewhat valuable addition to the staff team (hard for me to admit with my self confidence plummeting over the past 2 years and only physically existing still due to 1 person), especially since there are few staff on prophunt.
