I have just had a chat with Rick Johnson. I've been informed of what happened, you were caught cheating and told to disable the cheats, and were kicked out of the game. So you had a chance, and enough time to disable the hacks/cheats.
But you decided to re-join, not bothering to listen to what the Super Administrator said, and later on were caught using ESP during an event.
In order for us to take a ban reduction into consideration, you will have to play on our other ZARP gamemodes such as TTT, Prop Hunt, Surf or BHOP for 2 weeks minimum without acquiring many recent punishments.
