Well i got banned from the server and i would like to appeal it, its perma ban btw i hope it was like this how to make an appeal if this is the wrong way then please tell me that

STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? Dont know and dont know how to check
Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? Rick johnson
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Cheating
Server - What server did you get banned from? DarkRP
Time - How long were you banned for? Perma
Story - What happened? Esp in event

Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. Well not really its the thing that only server i play on and when im banned from that it sucks ass and ive been playing in that server like 2 yrs ago and i love the server cuz i like the way it is and i think its the only one with that kind of equipment and items. + good admins and mods. Dont need to cuz i know cheaters are not liked but if u can then please unban me, and ill never cheat again. + ive used somewhere abt 100$ on that server.
