In honesty I'm neutral, you do everything right social wise regarding getting to know staff, you understand grey areas, and you're good at admitting who's at fault, no matter friend or acquaintance, but you're quite out of touch with the community as of recent in regard to the players, which I feel is one of the more important qualifications of a Lead Team member



If I see this improve over the coming week I'd more inclined to change this to a plus, if you get the role, make sure to talk more to people basically!!
