My Thoughts:

• Consistent Activity (Not a major factor of going for lead team though)

• Good attitude
• You have been with community long time
• Quite friendly
• Personally i believe that you should be given this opportunity as you have staffed on TTT long time, you're also very active on teamspeak (maybe not some much on forums) and i don't see any reasons why you shouldn't be accepted.
• Detailed application but the 2nd question "What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?"
Many others create different sub headers eg: Activity/Dedication/Trust/ etc
