This is denied if you do not want to pay the whole amount and you lied about it

This is clear proof that he lied and scammed. In my opinion this should be denied. Also with his attitude I dont think he should be let of for the update. I bet you still he will say that this is a lie.

I personally think you should just butt out, scamming rules state that the person must be unbanned once they are willing to pay back. Currently all you're trying to do is aggrovate him and it's not necessary.
