Your activity is decent and will suffice as long as you keep it up. You seem to have defined all rules but they might need to be elaborated. Also, a little tip from me, don't warn on the first offence, give them a verbal then proceed to warn/kick/ban etc.

If you simply improve the thread so it's more elaborate I don't see any other reason(s) why you shouldn't get accepted. Except, perhaps, some of the rules that I'm not that familiar with but I'm fairly certain they are correct.
